Services:
Our products have varied coverage depending on patients insurance. Great Lakes Health & Wellness benefit services department verifies the patient’s insurance coverage or case eligibility before the equipment is delivered. We will also bill the insurance company on the patient’s behalf.
Our billing professionals work closely with our Order Processing Department to ensure the appropriate product is provided to patients per their physician’s order and following the requirements dictated by their insurance plan.
Great Lakes Health and Wellness works with many insurance carriers to provide our products and services to their members, including many of the national payor networks. We participate in all lines of business including commercial/group health (PPO, POS, EPOs, HSAs), workers compensation and Medicare. Please note, covered services and benefits will vary by insurance plan and employer.
